Mark Sarich
Mark Sarich is the director of both the LNAC as well as the Orchestrating Diversity program. He has taught music theory, musicianship, music history, appreciation, composition and performance at a number of colleges and universities. He was a founding member of the Board of Directors for El Sistema USA, belongs to a number of educational organizations and has been recognized for his contributions to the community through his formation of LNAC.
Drake Nagle
Drake Nagle is the director of the JUMP program. Drake holds a degree in music education from SIUE and has worked with LNAC since June of 2022. He has served as a youth strings instructor for numerous institutions in the region, and also performs professionally with the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra and multiple chamber ensembles.
Janessa Hall
Janessa Hall first worked with the organization as a volunteer when her son joined the Diversity Orchestra and joined staff in January of 2023. Janessa has used her background in higher education and her community connections to help Orchestrating Diversity grow and thrive.
